The San Jose Medical Group accepts payment from most insurance companies.
We continue to accept patients with any PPO insurance.
If you have PPO coverage or HMO coverage, if you want to pay for your own services or
if you are covered by Medicare, there is a good chance we can work with you.

Utilization Review (UR)
San Jose Medical Group's Utilization Review department processes authorization requests submitted by your
physician. To learn more about the Review process please click here.
Just for Women
We offer direct access to our OB/GYN's for
obstetrical care and your annual well woman exam;
so you can make appointments without a referral.
Medi-Cal or Champus
San Jose Medical Group does not accept Medi-Cal or Champus insurance coverage.
Please call your benefits manager or insurance member services representative for
a list of participating providers.
