Basic Diabetes Classes 2008

Who Should Attend?
Anyone who has diabetes and would like to learn how to better manage their condition.

Topics Include:
What is diabetes and how it affects your body. Medications, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, complications, nutrition guidelines, excercise, stress and foot care.

Please Note: Basic Diabetes Classes are taught in a series of four classes.In order to receive maximum benefits, it is recommended that you attend ALL FOUR SESSIONS.
