Requirements
Individuals must attend the Basic Diabetes Class within the past 3 years. Upon completion of the Basic Diabetes Class, you may attend this class. There is no written referral required by a physician or endocrinologist.

Who should attend?
Individuals with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes who have not reached blood glucose and HbA1c goals and are motivated to improve the control of their blood sugar. (There is no translator available)

Class content
This class focuses on Carbohydrate counting. Attend one 90 minute session.
