We’re in your neighborhood. Our modern clinics are conveniently located in South, Central and East San Jose. You don’t even need an appointment at our AcuteCare Clinic in Central San Jose. The Clinic is open every day, just in case you need us.

We accept almost all insurance, including HMOs and PPOs. And we even have a discount program for patients who want to pay by cash, check or credit card at the time of their visit.

We listen to you in your language. From Vietnamese, to Spanish to Tagalog, our physicians and staff can make healthy choices in more than 13 languages.

We help you help yourself. Our education classes focus on topics important to you, your family and your community. Whether you need to learn about the signs of diabetes, the onset of arthritis or healthy eating habits, we can teach you.
